Here's yet another one from my big day out on 25th street in Ogden, Utah last month.
(That explains all the leftover Christmas!)

| I just love old suitcases. I always see bookshelves and end tables made of them on Pinterest and I would definitely love to have a travel-themed living room with something of the sort someday! |
I am always a sucker for a good antique store. I very rarely make a purchase but I still love to window shop!
In other news, my paperbacks are 30% off and my eBooks arE $1.99 via Lulu.com for the rest of January
In other other news, I'm trying to remember the name of a children's book and am hoping someone can help me figure it out!
It was one of my brother's favorites as a kid. I have no idea how old the book was, what it was called or who wrote it. The book was about a dog who made pancakes. I could have sworn the dog's name was Bernie but he doesn't necessarily remember it that way. Any takers?

I love suitcase tables too!
ReplyDeleteI don't think this is the book you are looking for, but I found this:
http://www.amazon.com/Jake-Pancake-Michael-David-Lee/dp/0971095507
That isn't the one but thanks so much for looking!! =]
DeleteThat is a very complex name for an antiques store, haha! I love that "Mother's Day" WWII poster, I would put that in a kid's nursery if I had one!
ReplyDeleteYour idea placement for the poster is awesome!!! ~ Naples Sara
DeleteI thought that'd be cute too. I love old posers like that. =]
DeleteI can spend hours in antique stores. The Christmas ornaments are lovely any time of the year. :) Have a great mid-week.
ReplyDeleteI agree. I don't mind Christmas when it isn't Christmas! =]
DeleteThank you, you too!
I love antique stores! I rarely buy anything as well, but sometimes I find a nice little something for under $5 and can't say no!
ReplyDeleteI'm a big time bargain shopper too. =]
