Yellowstone, Part Two!

When we woke up in the morning and went back over to the Yellowstone Lodge for breakfast, we of course had to check out the gift shop. Ryan was picking up so many little animals, I was terrified for our savings account! Luckily he settled on the softest bear ever, and a cute little deer, and called it good. Baby Bell is already spoiled! =0

This Buffalo Bar was positively delicious. Chocolate, caramel, toffee... yum.

Ugh.
By the time we made it over to the cafeteria, they were out of a lot of the breakfast items I was interested in. I settled for the swiss & mushroom eggs and some of Ryan's potatoes. I knew better than to order eggs which are horrible to me right now, but I did it any ways and then promptly threw up. Morning sickness is so frustrating!
There were actually quite a few places where the hot springs had eaten through the parking lot. We kept imagining a sudden burst of hot air through the middle of the road as we were driving on it.

How ominous do those jagged rocks look?!

Another buffalo!
I don't remember what spring this was!

  1. I managed not to throw up when I had morning sickness, but I'm not sure how because I constantly felt like I was going to! It gets better though and then you'll just want to eat EVERYTHING :)

    1. Sheesh, you're lucky! I've heard of quite a few people who felt nauseous but never threw up.
That's what I keep hearing! I swear, EVERYONE has been telling me "I gained 60 pounds in my second trimester and then I had to be really careful in the third." So my fingers are crossed for myself!

    1. Aren't they great?! Some of them were boiling like crazy though and they're supposedly all over 110degrees. It was a little chilly outside but so warm standing next to them!
And thanks, I'm so excited to get our place and put out the little animals and decorate!

Thank you! It was a gorgeous trip. I've been pretty tired this whole time, but I was only nauseated a few times so all in all, it was pretty great. =]
