This week's date was a little different.
We've been driven by Sanford's many times and were always curious about it because there is so much junk outside. This isn't even half of the junk they've got out there... there are lots of other cars, dinosaurs, alligators... and the inside was just as impressive, maybe even more!
The only things they had that were gluten free were salads, which we weren't interested in, so we decided to go somewhere else instead... but I'm very glad we finally got to check out the inside!
We decided to instead go to a sports bar here, Sideliners, and eat nachos while we watched the Steelers vs. Broncos.
From there we grabbed some Applebee's strawberry shakes to-go and then came home and Skyped with our parents.
This date was about three hours long and cost just under $20.
Nachos: $12 after tip
Shakes: $7.92
Total: $19.92

Hoooooly cow, those nachos look delicious!! I am finding that the closer we get to baby, the more food I want. Like, I just ate a bowl of cereal and I'm pretty sure I could eat a whole platter of nachos now. And chocolate cake. FOOD.

Thank you for sharing our date, too! It wasn't our first ever $20 date, but it was our first that I actually THOUGHT about what we were spending and how to stretch what we had more. I liked it!!
